Hazardous waste:

Refers to the inclusion of "National Hazardous Waste List" or the identification of hazardous wastes based on national standards and identification methods identified as having hazardous characteristics of solid wastes.

Hazardous waste is harmful

● Damage to the ecological environment. Hazardous waste discharged and stored at will will pollute water bodies and soil under the long-term infiltration and diffusion of rainwater and groundwater, lowering the environmental function level of the area.
● Affect human health. Hazardous wastes can cause poisoning through ingestion, inhalation, skin absorption, eye contact, or hazardous events such as combustion and explosion; long-term hazards include long-term poisoning due to repeated exposure, carcinogenic, teratogenic and mutagenic.

● Constraints on sustainable development. The pollution of the air, water and soil caused by untreated or unregulated disposal of hazardous waste will also become a bottleneck to economic activities.
